Level 1 Vitality
Ok, here is the deal. During my journey I spent a ton of money and went to close to a dozen conventional and holistic health care providers to try and figure all the pieces to the puzzle of what vitality is. How do I get healthy and full of vitality again.
What I found was is that it was very difficult to find anyone who could give me the full 360 degree perspective I sought. Really frustrating.

To be upfront, these 6 areas are not all there is. To get to Level 2 and 3, we will need to do some 1:1 coaching with me or attend some of my classes.
Also, let me state upfront that I really do care. I don’t want anyone to suffer unnecessarily. Life is too short. Life was really rough for me for way too long. The upside is that I learned a ton that I can share with you.
My desire is to help others. You can learn from me without having to spend the $40,000 I spent to learn all this stuff. 2. Proper pH. This can be a bit technical, but I will keep it simple. pH stands for the power of hydrogen. In short it is a scale to measure the degree of acidity or alkalinity in fluids.
Think of your pool. You have to maintain the pH of your pool or all this stuff kind start growing in there.
Same in your body. Your body will do everything it can to maintain a slightly alkaline pH in the blood.

4. Good digestion. You can eat great food and take wonderful supplements, but you have to assimilate them to get the benefits.

5. Emotional balance. This is a broad topic and I could write about it for many many pages. I think it is important to remember that the body is very inner connected. Your health affects your mind an vice versa.

6. Alignment
This is a broad topic and I could write about it for many many pages. I think it is important to remember that the body is very inner connected.
When I “speak” of alignment, I am referring to the tissues, spine, and cranium. In short, I would suggest you visit a massage therapist who is trained in several modalities including cranial sacral, maya massage, therapeutic massage, shiatsu, etc.
Most think of chiropractic here, but I have learned the hard way that if you don’t have the muscles de-stressed, your spine will go right back out. Not too many chiropractors work on the soft tissues.
Don’t get me wrong, chiropractic has its place. I just find starting with the tissues and muscles works better. Here is the theory. The spine is out of whack in part because the muscles, etc are pulling it out. If you don’t get them to relax, your spine will go right back out. Makes sense to me.
I have been working with a massage therapist in my area and she has been transformative. Really amazing. She has helped me in ways that one one has been able to help me.
For example, I injured my right shoulder years ago and my rotator cuff has been sore during times of stress. I had no pain under normal activities or just living. Thank God. But stressful activities like Tennis or sometimes running would bring on the discomfort.
Well, I have been working with her for a number of sessions now and my shoulder is a ton better. Amazing. I have hopes that all pain even under stress will be go away for good.
And, I have had a history of abdominal discomfort and poor digestion. Her therapy along with some self care massage techniques has helped immensely in this area. I had all kinds of tension and sore spots in this area. They are now almost all gone. So much flows through this area that it is critical we are clear here.
